1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users of the ra7777 online gaming platform accessible at ra7777.cam ("Platform", "ra7777", "we", "us", "our"). ra7777 conducts age and identity verification checks during the registration process. Players who fail to meet the eligibility requirements, or who provide false information during registration, will have their accounts closed and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at ra7777. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. ra7777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued identification (PhilSys card, Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license, or postal ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ra7777 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ra7777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You agree to notify ra7777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ra7777 is required to conduct know-your-customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. ra7777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions at ra7777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your ra7777 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay transfers, subject to availability and applicable limits.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ra7777 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• ra7777 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the same name as your ra7777 account. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger a security review.
• ra7777 reserves the right to decline deposits or request additional verification if there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at ra7777 are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your ra7777 account.
• Full KYC verification (Section 3.4) must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• ra7777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of ongoing verification, investigation, or compliance reviews.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.4 Modifications

ra7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to PAGCOR guidelines. Players who have already met the qualification criteria for a promotion before a modification is applied will have their earned bonus honored, subject to the terms applicable at the time of qualification.

7 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the ra7777 platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, bingo, and online sabong — are governed by individual game rules published within each game or betting interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters related to gameplay outcomes. For all other matters, these Terms govern.

ra7777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. 8 Prohibited Conduct

12 Limitation of Liability

ra7777's total aggregate liability to any individual player for claims arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ra7777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk, subject to the protections afforded by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine consumer protection law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

ra7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of financial harm to ra7777 or other players;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• A competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has directed ra7777 to close the account.

In cases of account closure due to player breach of these Terms, ra7777 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., inactivity or player-initiated closure) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable administrative fees, subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ra7777 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of either party giving written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures, as applicable.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ra7777 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ra7777 will provide reasonable notice to active account holders via email or through an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors and clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Agreement, may be made without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ra7777.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
